Vicki LeVeck
Executive Director
Vicki LeVeck is the Executive Director of the Muskingum County Convention Facilities Authority (MCCFA) in Zanesville, OH, through which she operates and manages the Muskingum County Welcome Center and promotes Zanesville-Muskingum County as an arts, entertainment, recreation, and convention destination.
Vicki earned a Bachelors degree in Speech/Public Communications and Radio/TV Broadcasting from Ashland University. She earned a Masters Degree in Adult Education and Administration with a Concentration on Human Services and Student Personnel from Ashland University, while conducting research and completing coursework at Wright State University and University of Dayton.
Vicki was previously an area sales manager and instructor for Dale Carnegie Training in Columbus, and she was also employed by the Union Central Life Insurance Co. as a property manager for the 40 West Fourth Centre, a 24-story office tower, in downtown Dayton. LeVeck went on to become National Field Assignment Manager for the Office Suites Plus Corp., a provider of high-tech executive suites, business solutions, and conference centers, before returning to her hometown of Zanesville, OH, where she now resides with her husband, Andrew and their Shih Tzu puppy, Twinkles.
The couple owns Telly Award winning LeVeck Entertainment and Productions (LEaP) through which they serve a myriad of entertainment and production needs – from creating radio spots and jingles to managing talent and producing/directing musical events and benefits. More recently, they have arranged and produced the world-wide webcast, regional television broadcast, and live stage production of Home for the Holidays, the Y-City Star (American Idol style) televised contests, the 60th anniversary World War II Stage Door Canteen, and the Listen to the Music concert series. They also serve as the Directors, Producers and Writers of the Zaney Follies – a major fundraiser for their local Hospice program. And they produce and perform with the vocal/dance ensemble, Solid Gold.
Vicki first became professionally involved in production as a television news anchor in Ashland, OH, and as a morning radio host for stations in Ashland and Mansfield, OH, as well as a columnist for a national talent magazine.
Succeeding her years as a competitor in the Miss Ohio Teen USA program and Miss Ohio/America Scholarship Program, Vicki served as Co-Director/Producer of the Miss East Central Ohio Scholarship Program and Executive Director of the Miss Heart of it All Scholarship Program - both Zanesville-based, official preliminaries to the Miss America Scholarship Organization. Vicki is currently the Executive Director of the Miss Southeastern Ohio Scholarship Program (www.MissSEO.com), and the Ohio International Pageant System, through which she operates the Mrs., Miss, and Teen Ohio International pageants. Andrew LeVeck
Executive Producer
Andrew LeVeck is a singer, songwriter, composer, recording artist, and entertainer, originally from Dayton, Ohio, where he managed and performed with such pop/rock groups as Higher Ground, The Dinosaurs, Airborne, Mardi Gras, and Cornerstone as a vocalist, guitarist, and keyboardist. He has accumulated thousands of performance hours on stage in a wide range of professional venues, and has opened for such performers as Randy Misner (The Eagles), Tanya Tucker, Bachman Turner Overdrive, and The Grassroots. Andrew currently participants in the local band, Reckless, singing, and playing keyboard and guitar.
Andrew is an expert in digital and computer generated music (both session and personal recording), sound reinforcement, and audio technology. He produces and records original music in his private studio, and serves as a consultant to many aspiring vocalists and musicians.
Andrew is a graduate of Kent State University and the Dayton Art Institute with degrees in Business, Marketing, and Theatre.
He has been actively involved with the Miss Ohio and Miss America Scholarship Programs for several years, serving as a Master of Ceremonies, producer, talent consultant, and entertainer for various pageants and related events. He was the Executive Producer of Zanesville’s Miss East Central Ohio Scholarship Program, as well as Co-Director and Producer of the Heart of it All Scholarship Program (which produced Miss Ohio 2002, Tiffany Haas) in Zanesville. He currently serves as Executive Producer of the Miss Southeastern Ohio Scholarship Pageant and the Ohio International Pageant Systems.
Andy resides in Zanesville with his wife Vicki LeVeck, with whom he serves as Co-Owner of LeVeck Entertainment and Productions (LEaP) – a Telly Award winning production company. Through LEaP, the LeVeck’s promote and manage entertainers, provide audio and lighting reinforcement, write/direct/produce musical productions, facilitate talent and pageant workshops, and serve as an all-encompassing entertainment resource for venues of all sizes. Andrew also offers private instruction in Voice, Guitar, and Keyboard. Through LEaP, Andrew has produced and arranged the Y-City Star, Home for the Holidays, the Listen to the Music Concert Series, the Let Freedom Sing concert, the Stage Door Canteen, and many local benefits. The LeVeck’s perform with the troupe, Solid Gold, and are also honored to serve as the Directors, Writers and Producers of the Zaney Follies - a fundraiser/stage production for Genesis Hospice and Palliative Care. Judy Kyees
Director of Operations
Judy Kyees has been active in the entertainment industry for the past forty years. She owns and operates her own production/management company and her clients have gone on to professional careers, appearing on Broadway and National Broadway touring companies, as well as Disney Tokyo, Opryland, movies, television and many cruise ship and casino shows. Her own daughter, Tiffany is an actress, singer/songwriter and model in Los Angeles, who served as a Charleze Therons stand-in for such movies as “Italian Job,” “Monster,” and “North Country.” Judy has also been very successful in the pageant industry, and her students have captured local, state and national titles in the Miss America, Miss USA , Mrs. International, Teen International, and The Cinderella International pageants systems. She is currently the State Director for the Cinderella International Scholarship Pageant system, and is the Executive Director/ Producer of the annual Miss Columbus Teen Pageant. Judy resides in Westerville, Ohio with her husband John who is the CFO of Urban Outfitters. They have five children and six grand-children.
Jessie Smith
Development Director
Jessie Smith is a native of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and now resides in Zanesville with her husband Steve and children, Ashley and Dane. With a passion for personal growth and development, as well as the stage, Jessie has worked in the modeling, pageant, and entertainment industries for many years. Once a modeling instructor, she now helps raise awareness and funds for the Miss Southeastern Ohio Teen Scholarship Pageant, Miss Southeastern Ohio Scholarship Program, and the Mrs., Miss, and Teen Ohio International pageant systems. Jessie also shares her heart for community service by volunteering for events related to the American Red Cross, Genesis Hospice & Palliative Care, and Salvation Army. Among her greatest hobbies are singing, dancing, the theatre, fishing, boating, and long road trips with her family
Dianna Maple
Judges Chairperson
Dianna Maple is the Director of Human Resources for Genesis HealthCare System. With extensive training and experience in the areas of public speaking and interview development, she serves as the Judges Chairperson for the Ohio International Pageant System. Dianna has far-reaching familiarity with pageantry and entertainment, serving as a former Miss Southeastern Ohio through which she competed at the Miss Ohio (America) pageant, and also serving on the Mrs. Ohio staff when it was previously held in Zanesville, as well as on the judging panel for the Miss Pennsylvania USA pageant. Dianna is a vocalist that performs with the Solid Gold Singers & Dancers, and she is the Co-Chairperson of the Zaney Follies – a community project that supports Genesis Hospice & Palliative Care. A trained and competitive trampolinist, an active athlete, and now a print model, Dianna most enjoys time with her husband Homer and their dogs Maverick and Bandit.
Attorney Robert Graham
Auditor
A graduate of Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting, as well as a Juris Doctorate Degree from Claude W. Pettit College of Law (Ohio Northern University), Robert Graham entered private practice in the fall of 1979 with family law firm, Graham and Graham, where he remains as a partner to this day. He has served for over 10 years on the board and as board president for Starlight Workshop and past congregational president of his church, Trinity Evangelical Lutheran. Robert is a long time participant in and former Co-Chair of the Zaney Follies fundraising initiative for Genesis Hospice and Palliative Care, and he has served as an auditor and judge for many pageants and competitions.
